Food was good and I have nothing but thoroughly enjoyable memories from this trip. Everything was nice, picturesque location in the middle of jackson, the staff were efficient! Location: the hotel was next to New Zealand and the restaurant and the lake. Besides, it was not too far away from Jackpot Baptist Church.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway
The staff surprised us with a bottle of wine and even a birthday cake for my wife's birthday. They were pretty good! The room we stayed in was SUPER nice and clean, just perfect for us. The food in the restaurant was very nice too!
Sure, it was a bit pricy, but I'd say it was worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing place with cute staff and lovely grounds.
The noise insulation was lacking as sounds from upstairs disturbed my night. I found the shower head to be unadjustable and the water pressure unbearable. While the grounds were beautiful, I was disappointed that the common areas felt a bit sterile and lacked charm.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The grounds were beautiful, filled with fine garden views that showcased fantastic birds and wildlife.

The hotel exudes charm with its beautifully renovated classic design and picturesque views of the lake through the trees. The hot tub and sauna were good, offering perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff stood out, providing really good service with a warm welcome and catering thoughtfully to our breakfast schedule. Noise from the nearby area affected our stay at times, and some common areas could benefit from more thorough upkeep.
